Tony will go through your requirements with you, suggest a configuration and quote you a price.

If you're ordering a grocery-getter model and there's a Tony's Trailers dealer near you, simply purchase the trailer through your dealer.

If you're ordering a grocery-getter model and there is no Tony's Trailers dealer nearby, then contact Tony directly to place your order (contact info at bottom of this page).

If you are ordering a cargo trailer, Trayak (kayak trailer) or vehicle for a disabled person, you will already have determined the cost and specifications with Tony. Make your payment with Tony directly by credit card or other mutually agreeable arrangement.

Receive your order.
- If you're purchasing from a Tony's Trailers dealer, just ride your bike to the store and pick up your new trailer!
- If ordering direct, at time of purchase you will have finalized shipping and, if being shipped to the USA, duty arrangements. Most orders are shipped UPS, but if your requirements are different they can usually be accommodated. After assembly, shipping time for your new Tony's Trailer is about a week.

If a component of your Tony's Trailer fails due to inadequate materials or workmanship, it will be replaced free of charge. (Shipping and duty costs, where applicable, will apply.)
